[rs-dev] CI update - Bamboo now builds for CentOS8 and Interop

Hi all,

An update on continuous integration - we now build Redwax for CentOS7, CentOS8, and a special version of CentOS8 that will auto-build the version of Redwax to be used on the new https://interop.redwax.eu site.

As expected, all builds triggered on commit.
