 *) Support OpenSSL4 by using opaque function
    accessors. [Graham Leggett]

 *) Add --filter-signature to limit certificates by
    key type. [Graham Leggett]

 *) Add --pems-out to output certificates as separate
    files. [Graham Leggett]

 *) Implement the generation of the secret file when
    the secret file does not exist. [Graham Leggett]

To approve the release (+1 is not enough), do the following:

- Check out https://source.redwax.eu/svn/dist/rt/dev/
- Run “make verify” to verify the existing signatures.
- Run “make sign” to add your signature to the list of signatures.
- Check in your signatures.
